Hi! I’m Katie, a food-obsessed urban gardener and professional book lover.
I started this blog in 2014 to get me motivated to be more active and eat healthier. My primary objective was to get my body as well as possible to help me get pregnant and in March 2014, after 18 months of trying unsuccessfully, we found out we were going to have a baby!
In 2017, I became a vegan, so you may notice that there’s a distinct lack of meat, eggs or dairy in my recipes from around September of that year!
As well as recipes nourish my body, I share the things help make me live my best life – from stories about my little garden to books I’ve loved reading to insights into my life as a new mum. Welcome to my little corner of the internet – I hope you enjoy your visit!
