Hi! I’m Katie. Mum to two, new(ish) vegan, trying to live a considered life without losing my mind. I love a good list.
I started this blog in 2014 to get me motivated to be more active and eat healthier while putting in as little effort as possible. My primary objective was to get my body as well as possible to help me get pregnant and in March 2014, after 18 months of trying unsuccessfully, we found out we were going to have a baby.
In 2017, I became a vegan 99% of the time, so you may notice that there’s a distinct lack of meat, eggs or dairy in my recipes from around September of that year.
